For a quiet base near White Rock Lake, look at Casa Linda on the lake's east side. It's a tree-lined, pet-friendly East Dallas neighborhood about 5 minutes from the lake and the Dallas Arboretum and about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Our two homes there are The McCosh House, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath house, and The McCosh Apartment, a private studio.
