A bright studio apartment of about 600 square feet above the garage, with its own entrance and a private deck that looks out over the trees. Mitch remodeled it himself and built beyond what code requires, and the staircase up to it is built from reclaimed bleachers. He knows the place inside out, so small fixes get handled fast. Inside there's a king bed, a living area, a full kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a full bath, your own washer and dryer, a desk and a walk-in closet, so it's easy to settle in for a weekend or a few months. You're in the same quiet, tree-lined White Rock Lake neighborhood, minutes from the lake and downtown.

Cancellation policy
Limited: Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in or after check-in. For stays under 28 nights booked at least 7 days before check-in, you can also cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
Firm Long Term: For stays of 28 nights or more: full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the nights already stayed plus the next 30 nights (or the rest of the stay, if shorter) are non-refundable.

Casa Linda is a tree-lined, family- and pet-friendly neighborhood on the east side of White Rock Lake, with the Casa Linda Plaza shops and restaurants close by. You're about 5 minutes from the lake's trail loop and the Dallas Arboretum, close to Lakewood's shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and Lower Greenville. Baylor University Medical Center and other big Dallas hospitals are a short drive.
