The Elati House is on a quiet, dog-friendly street in Englewood's South Broadway area, on Denver's southern edge, about a 6-minute walk from the shops and restaurants on South Broadway. Walk about 15 minutes to the Oxford light rail station and ride into downtown Denver, Coors Field or Empower Field without parking. Downtown Englewood and Old Town Littleton are minutes away for restaurants and coffee.
Both McCosh homes are in Casa Linda, a tree-lined neighborhood on the east side of White Rock Lake, with the Casa Linda Plaza shops and restaurants close by. You're about 5 minutes from the lake's trail loop and the Dallas Arboretum, close to Lakewood's shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and Lower Greenville.

Create a free guest account, then tell us who's coming: name, phone, number of guests, any pets, what brings you to town and roughly when you'll arrive.
Read the agreement for your stay, covering dates, price, cancellation and house rules, and sign it online by typing your name.
Choose card or Zelle / Venmo. We approve your request, usually within a day, and your booking is confirmed once payment is in.
The address, door code, Wi-Fi and parking notes unlock in your account as soon as your stay is confirmed.

Our direct prices are 16% below the same home and dates on Airbnb, on both the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, and there's no guest service fee. Each home's booking box shows the Airbnb price next to yours.
The Elati House is in Englewood, Colorado, just south of Denver and a 15-minute walk from the Oxford light rail station. The McCosh House and The McCosh Apartment are in East Dallas near White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum. We share the exact address once your stay is confirmed.
